and Tocal Homestead is one of them!

We are incredibly fortunate to be bringing our next Wild + Sacred experience to one of the Hunter Valley's most historically significant and breathtaking properties.

​

Nestled in the beautiful Paterson Valley, Tocal Homestead is a remarkable piece of Australian history. The land has long been connected to the Wonnarua people, with the name Tocal meaning 'plenty'.

​

The magnificent homestead was built in 1841 and is surrounded by some of Australia's finest surviving colonial farm buildings. For generations, Tocal played an important role in Australia's agricultural history, becoming renowned for its Thoroughbred horses and cattle breeding.

Today, the historic homestead stands among magnificent, centuries-old fig trees, overlooking a landscape that has witnessed generations of history. 

 

And on Saturday the 19th December, we have the wonderful privilege of gathering beneath one of those extraordinary trees for a very special Wild + Sacred experience.

 WHAT TO EXPECT

As the golden afternoon sunlight settles across the countryside, we'll come together for 90 minutes of Reiki, sound healing and connection with nature, surrounded by the beauty and history of this remarkable property.

​

You'll be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, medicine drums, chimes and live guitar, accompanied by the gentle, nurturing energy of Reiki.

​

We'll also be sharing this beautiful setting with Harry and Hunter, Tocal's resident horses, continuing the property's long and special connection with these magnificent animals.

There is something particularly beautiful about experiencing sound healing outdoors, beneath the branches of an enormous historic tree, surrounded by open countryside and the peaceful presence of horses.
